Disgusting. Wasted an two t-bones covered in this junk. Tasted like ginger or something else foul. Followed the directions to the T. Regardless of how it's cooked it's the taste that is bad. It even smelled bad

This recipe is absolutely delicious. It's fast, easy and tastes wonderful. If you know what you're doing on the grill, it should be completely caramelized and just a tad crunchy on the outside and soft, tender and juicy on the inside. We actually use flank steak instead of london broil.

This was great! We used the rub on two top round "London Broil" bison cuts.

Substituted Emril's Creole seasoning as I'm out of chili powder and put the lime juice in the paste because I couldn't stand to waste it.

Massage it in to the meat on all surface and 6-7 minutes on each side. Yum! Make sure, when cutting, to do thin, diagonal cuts across the grain of the meat for maximum tenderness.

This was a great recipe! My father made this for me one time and I asked him to send me the recipe. I made it for my best friend and she fell in love!! This is the only way I will make a London Broil in my house for now on!!!

The rub was okay, but I forgot how tough, chewy, and flavorless a London Broil cut is. It might work better on a better cut of beef. Cooked it to perfect medium rare and it was still a long tough chew. London Broil should be a stew meat, not broiled. I suppose in London it's good meat.

Yes, it was messy on the hands, but the taste was unbelievable! Goes great with Paula Deen's Sweet Potatoes with a Kick!

Ulk..yes it was easy, but unless you're a fan of lots of paprika, not so much... ended up washing off the coating rather than throwing the meat away and will try again tomorrow with leftovers... sorry :(

I use many recipes from this site and I have to say this one was NO GOOD. I'm not sure why it has such high reviews, I wouldn't recommend it at all. I will delete from recipe box and never make again:(

I made this with a london broil as thats what was on sale. It cooked up very nicely and my 4yo who is very picky about meat asked for 3rds! I just wish the coating wasnt under my nails and staining my hands.

This is an excellent base recipie, but there is entirely too much salt for our taste. I also added the juice from the line and some (1/2 Tbs of honey chipotle BBQ sauce. It tasted wonderful!
