This was absolutely delicious! Everyone loved it! I made the meatloaf in a mini loaf pan and made sauce to top the individual loaves with equal parts ketchup and apricot jam that i heated before serving. I would definitely make the meatloaf again.

This was incredibly easy and well received! I didn't feel like getting out the food processor so I used panko and grated the onion. I also roasted the potatoes instead. But this was delicious and very moist considering it's made with turkey (I prefer just beef in meatloaf We'll certainly make this again, it's a great low cal dinner for our low fat diet

This was delicious. I doubled the curry--used Sri Lankan curry. And I used a bit more of the ketchup/jam than in the recipe. It was excellent.

Fantastic - I served this to my in-laws tonight and my father-in-law liked it so much that he demanded the recipe on the spot.
I had trouble getting the onion and carrot to chop in the food processor. When I added them to the bowl with the bread crumbs, they sort of clumped together and didn't really chop, but that may have just been my food processor, which is admittedly older. Next time I'll chop them separately. The ketchup/apricot jam sauce was delicious. I wasn't impressed with the veggies on the side, but the meatloaves are a definite winner.
I doubled the recipe (because seriously, where can you buy only half a pound of ground meat? and plan to freeze the extras for another night. Yum!

The whole family loved it! That means, my 4 and 3 year old too! And my husband said "this is like company food!" So great and I had this on the table from start to finish in 50 minutes! That's a winner for a new recipe! And I LOVED the way the veggies where prepared! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

This was the juiciest, tastiest, meatloaf I have ever made. I did use 1 whole small onion accidently, but I liked it so I would do it again. Even my husband who likes his food very plain enjoyed the sweet curry flavor and the ketschup/apricot jam is just the right amount of glaze to carmelize on the top. I think the best part of this is by making four little loaves you cut the cooking time roughly in half and the meat does not dry out. I will definitely make this again.
