This dish was good....I just had to add sugar according to my taste. Other than that, the pecans gave it a nice flavor.

I loved this recipe. Potato was light and fluffy. If you like it sweeter, don't add to the recipe. Melt a stick of butter with some brown sugar, then add chopped walnut or pecans to mixture. Pour over top of this casserole, and then bake as directed. trust me, the topping adds a perfect texture and the extra sugar many people prefer. but for diabetics like my father, you can aviod the crust. Great recipe Food Network! I'll use it again!

Made this for Christmas dinner and everyone loved it. Based on some of the other reviews, I doubled the amount of brown sugar from 2 tablespoons to 4.

This recipe was very simple to use and tasted great. First time I have ever made a Sweet Potato Casserole. The only changes I made was I left off the nuts (allergic and I topped with marshmallows

I made this dish for my first Thanksgiving with my husbands family and this was the hit of the table. Even my mother-in-lay liked them! This will definitely be a part of future Thanksgivings.

Ginger flavor was a little strong for my tastes. I may cut that in half next time. Otherwise, this is a fantastic dish.
