    long story short it had become my responsibility to host Christmas for the last 3 years, I was disappointed with the sweet potato recipe I went with last christmas, it just wasn't sweet enough so i went hunting for a new one, I saw that this used carrots and thought how brilliant! I added marshmallows on top, and a touch of vanilla extract, and squeezed some of the orange juice from the orange. IT WAS FANTASTIC THANK YOU SO MUCH! I will always make THIS every Christmas ^_^
