Directions

Serve these syrupy grapes with cheese for dessert: Grease an ovenproof skillet with 2 tablespoons butter. Add 1 pound seedless grapes and 3/4 cup walnuts; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar. Roast about 25 minutes in a 500 degree F oven. Transfer to a bowl using a slotted spoon. Simmer the juices with 1 tablespoon honey on the stove until syrupy, 6 to 7 minutes. Off the heat, add a squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. Pour the syrup over the grapes.

I had the same problem jme56. I guess it should have said to stir. I also didn't have any juice to mix. I will try again.

I loved this! I used red grapes because that's what I had. I followed the cooking directions exactly and had no problem with burning. I used a cast iron skillet and stirred it several times during the 25 min

This dish paired great with a cheese spread and crackers. I used pecans instead of walnuts b/c that's what I had in the house and it was really good. This is definitely going to be a staple for my cheese platters from now on.
