I made this recipe thinking it was gonna be kinda like the spiced nuts you can buy at the mall kiosks during the holidays. Instead, I found that the nuts really stuck onto the parchment paper which of course made what i had made quite unedible. Any ideas on what i can do to fix it ?

The nuts had a good flavor and I agree they were a bit sticky and nuts became soft. I expected this to be more like a brittle; I am going to make this again and use less egg white and water. Otherwise, very tasty.

Thought I'd try this recipe out before the holidays. The results were a sticky nut and some what soft nut. i would not try this one again. I prefer a crunchy nut and ssomething not so sticky. :-(
