This was very good and my husband and son both loved it. I omitted the grapefruit juice and agree with the prev reviewer that the sauce wasn't a syrup but more of a glaze. This was my first time using Bok Choy. We really enjoyed it and I will look forward to making it again.

I liked this recipe, it was quick and easy. I liked the flavor of the sauce, but my husband thought it was a little bitter, so I will probably cut back on the grapefruit juice next time or add some sugar. I wouldn't say the sauce ever got to a "thick syrup" consistency, it was really more of a glaze. The hens made a very pretty presentation on the plate with the sesame seeds on top. Thumbs up!
