This sounds wonderful and I would like to try it but need more info. Do you shred the beef? Not sure how you get sliced beef and sliced red onion into a small tortilla scoop

What a wonderful combination of flavors. These are perfect for an event requiring appetizers to be held for a longer period of time.

So tasty! The Thai Beef is just SO juicy and the nacho gives it SUCH a nice crunch! The lime juice on top has this citrus flavor, I can't stop talking about this recipe. Eveyone that tries it is going to LOVE IT!! :

Love this recipe! It is something BigChef would like to experiment with to offer a similar recipe to our customers. Thank you, my family and I enjoyed these. In fact we plan to make this recipe part of our "regular" fare.

Am enjoying the FoodNetwork for its variety and diversity.

I served these Thai Beef Nachos at a recent party and the guests went crazy for them! They were very tasty and super easy to make. Although this recipe gave no amounts or oven temp, it was easy enough to taste test along the way and guess on the oven temp. Also, some of the tortilla scoops became soggy because of the liquid in the mixture, so you have to be careful how you fill the scoops....less liquid is better. All in all.....great appetizer recipe!
