Some friends and I were going out for Thai and I had everyone over for cocktails before..and of course...I had to find a Thai Inspired cocktail at the last minute.
I saw this recipe and ran to the store to get the lemongrass. Well, it was worth the run..this is yummy! I cut back the rum by 1/2 ounce and added Lime Flavored Vodka and a little less of the syrup (I don't like sweet drinks and it was amazing.

I live in Hawaii and get tired of the same old tropical drinks. This drink rocks!!!! So refreshing and easy to make. Thanks Bobby for another great recipe.
