This is an excellent recipe. We made a pork loin on Sunday and used the leftovers in this dish on Monday. We also added a few more vegetables (shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots and the dish came together perfectly.

Not crazy about the flavor of the fish sauce. Kinda ruined it for me.

Superb recipe! About Cilanro--you either love it (we do or you hate it. If you're in the hate column, make this dish with fresh basil or parsley. My wife grew up in Thailand, and I have spent many hours learning the art of Thai cuisine. Basics are a balance of Sweet, Pungent, Salty, and Spicy. This recipe did it all! To the post that didn't like fish sauce--use soy sauce--or make sure you have a high quality fish sauce--the cheap ones can be a bit gamey. Hats off to the Food Network. When I look for inspiration in the Kitchen, you guys are my first choice.

Unfortunately this dish is what made me decided I'm not a fan of fish sauce. It was overpowering & I couldn't eat it :(

I will make this again and again -- so delicious. I served the dish up with fresh lime wedges for extra zest. I used about a half tablespoon of ginger. Next time I'll add more ginger and use more green beans -- possibly double. Agree with others that it's easy to overcook the noodles. They should still be pretty firm before they go in the pan, because they'll soften up quickly. Might try making a larger batch of the sauce next time and freezing it for future use, because it's definitely the most time consuming part of the prep work.

This was delicious! Both my children (ages 11 and 13 loved it - and went back for more. I used chicken instead of pork....but next time will use pork. I will also make extra sauce....no one could get enough of it!

Loved the recipe but made a couple changes. I had hungarian hot pepper/jalapeno mix so I used that. I also added a little honey to the sauce. Delicious!

perfect blend of ingredients. my husband isn't even a fan of cilantro, and he loved it. i added a little extra ginger and my lime was very large - all which worked out well. i used onions in place of shallots, and red bell pepper with 2 jalapenos. It was so popular with my family, it will likely be a staple around here!

DELICIOUS!!! One of the best recipes I've made in a long time! I used the thinner rice noodles (not a big fan of the thick ones
