Quite good. I think a cup of cilantro would be overwhelming; used much less. Used some leftover grilled pork and some shrimp. Also added Thai curry paste since I only had one jalapeno. Like the balance of sweet and spicy. Definitely a keeper.

Dish was very good. When I make this again I would cut the amount of lime in half as I thought it was a bit overpowering. Would add some additional peppers or cayenne to spice it up a bit.

I thought this dish was very good. I made it according to the recipe except I used green jalapenos instead of red. I de-seeded the pepper before putting in the food processor and it wasn't spicy at all. I would make this again.

This was really good, even my high school kids liked it. I couldn't find the thai rice noodles so I just cooked up some linquini and tossed those noodles with the pork and seasoning. I used just about a half a teaspoon of chopped green jalepenos - couldn't find a red jalepeno.

This was a pretty good dish. The balance of salty and sweet was there, the brown sugar added a nice contrast to the ginger and garlic. Beware the lime is the most pronounced flavor of this dish but I didn't mind that at all. I used green jalapeño instead of red and didn't use all three peppers because my family doesn't care for spicy food. With that said, the flavor of the one jalapeño couldn't be detected so next time I'll start with two. I used thin cut pork for scaloppine which made it easy to cut and kept it tender. Also the pork needs to be either marinated or heavily seasoned. I prepared it exactly as directed and it had no flavor whatsoever. We will have this again but with a few tweaks.

This was definitely easy to make, and pretty tasty, but I felt like it needed something flavor-wise. Maybe some soy sauce? I thought the lime was a little strong, but the one I had was pretty juicy. I also added more veggies - some carrots and shiitake mushrooms. Might add some bell peppers next time too. I'll definitely make it again, but I'll play around with the ingredients in the sauce to get it perfect.
