Everyone loved it. I tasted it before adding the mint and basil and it was okay. Adding the fresh herbs is what does it. Delicious!

I made this last night and WOW! This dish is incredible. I followed the recipe exactly as stated, except I added shredded carrots and asparagus. I also doubled the sauce and I'm so glad I did. I was somewhat leary about the mint and lime juice, but they added so much to the taste of the dish. This is definitely a keeper. We loved it! Served with brown rice.

This was my first Thai-style stir fry and it won raves! It is simple to make and full of fresh ingredients. And it all cooks so fast you'll be serving in no time! Like some of the others I added more veggies in the form of red bell peppers as well as the yellow. One tip I'd like to share is with a little prep work, you can combine the "batches" of ingredients into bowls beforehand making the cooking a snap. Enjoy!

So easy and tasty. I added cabbage, asparagus and squash/zucchini and used Splenda instead of brown sugar (just to reduce the calories. . It just screamed for loads of veggies. I'll definitely be making this recipe again!! Hubby loved it as well!
