There is nothing healthy about 10g of saturated fat or 85 mg of Cholesterol per serving.

I made a full pound of pasta with the sauce measured in this recipe, and it turned out to be more of a casserole than saucey mac n cheese. Next time, I would make more sauce and add far more cheddar because it was a little bland in terms of cheese flavor. This would help hide the califlower flavor more in case anyone notices it. With a good immersion blender, there was not one hint of califlower texture at all.

Mmmm, heaven, especially on a cold day. So easy and delicious to make, this is always one of my favourites! Left overs not so good for my French Mastifs though, so they get a special mince treat those nights. I get asked questions about them all the time, so check out their photos on my website!

I just made this recipe for my family dinner because we have been looking for a good baked mac and cheese recipe. My father and brother seemed to like it but I just couldnt get past the texture of the dish, and really didnt care for it. If you are a big texture person I wouldn't make it with the cauliflower or at all, otherwise I think it would have been a success!

The recent Thanksgiving that passed I wanted to lighten up all of the dishes as much as I could had. When I found this recipe in my Foodnetwork magizine I knew I just had to make it; it was a hit!! All my family & friends loved it. Heck, I was given a request to make it again for a Christmas party! Thank you for the recipe.

I made this the first time for my boyfriend and he almost finished the whole pan! The second time I made it for him, my grandparents and myself and there was nothing left! Its so ease and so guiltless that it's now going to be a family holiday dish!!! Can't wait till Christmas!!!

Guiltless mac n cheese. I loved it. I've hidden cauliflower in recipes before and this is the best. Sure, it's not as creamy as cheese but I felt no guilt enjoying a second portion.
