Yummy and easy to make. This was my first time using my broiler and I thought the fish exploded in there. The butter started to pop under the broiled so BE CAREFUL. I just moved it to the middle rack and it cooked just fine. The serving sauce is really good, I would use it for other dishes too.

Made this recipe today and everyone loved it. It was easy to make and fairly quick. During preparation I realized my ginger was old so I had to leave the ginger out. I will definitely make it again with ginger to see the difference.

I chose to marinade this for closer to 25-30 minutes, and had to broil it 5 min longer than recommended (may just be our old stove, but it was very good! Even my picky toddler loved it! Ok, I take that back, he loved the sauce, which i made with mint instead of cilantro. poured some on the rice, and my little boy just ate it up! The fish was moist and flavorful, definitely one we will be making again. Giving it 4 stars bc my husband feels the fish and sauce aren't quite compatible, though he did still eat them together.

Our favorite tilapia recipe to date. I just stirred the seasonings and sauce rather than using a food processor and it still mixed together well.

Followed the directions for the fish exactly as written using mint instead of cilantro. The fish was amazing and is requested by my husband on a weekly basis. I did not make the rice so I cannot comment on that part of the recipe.

Had very little flavor just cooked in the marinade, but tasted better with the side sauce on top.
