This recipe was simple, elegant and tasted superb. I heated my oven to 450 and baked for 20 min. I used two big filets, so it only yielded 2 servings. Wonderful and light for dinner. Yummmmm! Both of us fully enjoyed and decided to make it again soon.

Delicious and so easy to get things ready ahead of time. I was amazed how the frozen peas just heat up right in the rice after cooking. I am going to be doing that more often. The marinade was flavorful and gave the tilapia a nice taste. It would also be good with a lightly breaded fish as the dipping sauce. We will be making this one again.

This recipe is super easy and quick to prepare. I loved the outcome and will definitely add it to my quick meal list. If you like spicy, add extra cayenne when you season the fish! :
