One of the best and easiest meals I've made! I did remove the oregano before serving since it was a little too strong for my tastes. Also, I added grated parmesan to the potatoes and it really took it to a different level. I do not cook fish that often but this was the easiest recipe. I would definitely recommend it!

Loved this recipe! Never steamed fish before, it came out perfect! Only down fall was using the remaining 1/4 oil may have been a bit to much. Next time I will use half that.

I saw this recipe a week and a half ago and have fixed it 3 times. SO EASY!! The only thing I do different is cook potatoes seperate and season my fish with a little Old Bay. If you follow the recipe it will be very bland. I only use 1/4 cup of oil. After the fish is done instead of drizzling with oil and lemon juice I just use some of the liquid from the skillet and add a little lemon juice. So quick, yummy and healthy!!

So easy and delicious. Love it!!! I go light on olive oil. The dish has perfect blend of juicy, lemon flavor. We used endives instead of escarole and paired with a light, white New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc with hints of citrus & pineapple. Perfect late week night meal!

Wow, I don't think I've ever cooked anything this easy! One pot, one cutting board, simple, fast, healthy and tasty. And did I mention easy?! I did cut the amount of oil just a bit. I know olive oil is good for you, but I didn't want to use quite so much. Still turned out great. Will definitely make it again.

Delicious and very quick to make. Easy, healthy weeknight dinner. Will definitely make it again.
I put the fish in when the escarole was just starting to wilt -- not after 4-5 minutes as suggested by recipe. They turned out perfect and had great flavor. Next time I might cook the potatoes separately, as I like them to be a bit crispier. (Although it is nice to only use one pan, especially on a weeknight.
I think the veggie-to-fish ratio is off. You might want to do half-again or double the veggies if you're serving four. The two of us ate all the vegetables and just 1/2 the fish (two of four fillets.

Super delicious and incredibly easy. I added Old Bay Seasoning to the tilapia to give it a nice extra kick in flavor. Enjoy!

Made this numerous times. Love it! Don't go overboard on the garlic; don't oversteam the Escarole or the fish; don't add too much oregano. Stick to the recipe. Excellent.

Easy recipe, but rather tasteless. I followed the recipe, adding only a bit more garlic (because we love garlic!. The potatoes and escarole tasted like each other and the mild Tilapia was a redundant flavor as well. I think if I made this again, I'd prepare the vegetables with even more garlic and without the fish, broil or grill salmon or cod filets, and then top the potatoes and greens with the fish and drizzle on the lemon-pepper oil and fresh oregano, basil, or dill.
