Very Tasty. I made it with Halibut and all the oil, but I think it would be just as good with a little less oil, as others have suggested. What I like most about this dish was the ease of preparation. It only takes one pan. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, or, for guests at a sit down dinner too. My son, who usually won't eat leafy greens, loved the escarole too. A real winner!

I dont concider myself a very good cook so I rely on easy recipes to please my family. This was a very tasty, simple to make meal. We will for sure be having it again. The only reason it wasn't a 5 star rating is that i'm not a big fan of fish. The tilapia is wonderful though, it doesn't have a strong flavor.

So easy & fresh & tasty! Did not use as much oil for the "lemon oil" drizzle, but used a bit for the consistency. Definitely will make it again and again; perfect for a busy weeknight.

We were really disappointed with this recipe especially after the reading all the positive reviews. I usually bake fish so I was happy with the way the steamed fish turned out, but other than that we found the dish over all just blah and the lemon pepper oil unpleasant. Will not make this again.

This is such a great recipe! I'm only 12 years old and it was so easy to make!

The only thing i would say to do is add just a little bit of olive oil in the begging! i got olive oil almost everywhere! I didn't add any greens (escarole, kale, etc. but it tasted just as great! Just when it come time 2 cook the fish take the potatoes out add just let the tilapia! I served it with green beans and the potatoes i cooked at the begging! Add the lemon pepper oil right before you serve it!!

Delicious! I made it with kale & small red new potatoes b/c that's what I had from my CSA. I also added mushrooms after the potatoes, sauteed for a few minutes, then added the kale.

This is the first time I've not only enjoyed kale, but loved it!

I used the full quarter cup of oil in the first step, and wouldn't skimp there, but only drizzled some of the lemon oil on at the end and passed more at the table.

Some of my potatoes were marble-sized, which I halved. The rest I cut down to the same size, either quarters or eighths.

I also added the garlic along with the mushrooms so it wouldn't over-brown.

I actually used squash instead of potatoes to make it even lighter and it was fantastic. I even skipped putting the last oil touch... I just drizzled the juiced left over from steaming on it. Delicious!!!!

Wonderful. Used spinach instead of Escarole. I also cooked the potatoes a little longer as was suggested by another reviewer. My husband loved it. It's a quick easy weeknight meal. I'll definitely add this to our menu rotation.
