This was awesome. We normally cook fish and always have sides of either pasta or rice, and this time it was potatoes. All the ingredients went very well together. Thank you

I made this according to the directions but included some asparagus with the escarole. This dish comes together so easy and fast and makes an impressive presentation. I also made the lemon oil but if you are trying to save calories, just a squeeze of lemon would do the trick and you won't miss the extra oil a bit. Will make again!!

Wow, wow, wow! I cannot say enough great things about this meal! Aside from the ingredients being a tad pricey, I am in awe of this recipe's simplicity and taste. It was a breeze to prepare, and the entire family loved its subtle zest that left everyone feeling full yet clean. I'll definitely be making this in the near future!!

This was awesome but I would double the escarole because it reduces so much in the pan. Then, I would reduce the lemon and salt just a tiny bit. This is really a one pan dinner that can be prepared in 30 minutes........my husband and I LOVED it ;-

Other reviews are definitely right - you can easily substitute spinach for the escarole or another light white fish (Flounder in my case for the tilapia. It came out so well - I used a little extra garlic and a little less oil for drizzling, and it was super tasty. It's a keeper, I'll definitely make this one again!! Everybody loved it!

This meal spices up tilapia in a great way. It is super easy and fast. I used red potatoes and would suggest bite-sized pieces, rather than quarter them. Also, I thought it was a little heavy on the salt. When you are salting the fish, I would suggest doing it very lightly. Overall, a very tasty meal for a busy weeknight!
