    This dish is so tasty, my husband loves it and my son is a picky eater and doesnt like fish,but once he tasted it he wanted more. I highly recommed this dish.

    Highly recommended. So easy. Cleans up in a flash. My man loves this recipe. Make sure you have a pan big enough to cook this in. The escarole takes up a lot of space before it wilts. Also, instead of making the lemon-pepper oil, next time I will just squeeze fresh lemon over it and salt and pepper to taste.
