I followed the recipe that Rachel_Bee posted. Instead I didnt soak the fish. I put flour with salt and pepper, garlic powder and Italian Seasoning. I dipped it in egg then I coated it with the panko crumbs. I used regular butter instead of unsalted and it turn out really good.
With the green beans I didnt use the tomatoes, but I added minced garlic and onion slices to it and used beef broth and a little water. It was taking a long time to cook, so I cover it with a lid to speed it up. They also come out reallly good.

Not a bad recipe, but someone needs to let jenannan that Red Lobster isnt realy a "fancy resturant". None the less this is a dish worth trying.

Liked this a lot! It seems like a fancy meal you would order at Red Lobster, but is so easy to make. Husband doesn't like green beans to be crunchy, but I thought they were really good.

I, too, forgot the oregano - but I would definitely make this dish again. Unbeatable for ease and speed of preparation, balance, and clean up. The butter and flour create a nice, thick sauce, but next time I'll try switching out butter for olive oil, seasoning the fish a bit more, and putting a tad less lemon to lighten the dish up. Can't wait to try it again on a warm summer evening!

This recipe was great! I forgot the Oregano at the store and so just used the salt, pepper, and parsley and it was so good. Will definitely make it again.

This meal is delicious and so healthy. I made two revisions after reading reviews. I used vegetable stock, instead of water for the beans and for the seasoning for the fish I used McCormick's seafood seasoning. This dish will definitely be served again. Can't beat a one pot meal. Clean-up is so easy.

I LOVED this recipe! The sauce had great flavor and the tomatoes and green beans were the perfect accompaniment. You feel good after eating this healthy dish too! I will definitely make this again soon!

Good starter point, but it is way too blend! Let the fish marinate with vinegar, salt, parseley, cilantro, basil, whatever herbs you have. Not enough seasoning in the flour. Add garlic powder, italian seasoning (if you have, herbs you like, don't be afraid. Dip in flour, egg and then panko breadcrumbs for crunch - much better and well worth it. Use 3 cloves of garlic + 1/2 chopped onion and broth instead of water when cooking the veggies. Cook them a little longer to get a nice thick sauce.
