Easy to make and a decent, light meal. However, compared to other recipes I have tried from the magazine, this one was sort of... blah. Nothing really amazing about it and sort of bland in my opinion. I will say that my mother loved it so I will be making again, but I may try to jazz it up some more.

I am not a very accomplished cook, but I do like to try new recipes. Having never cooked tilapia before and unsure how to cook it, this seemed easy.

And it was! Prep work didn't take long, one pan as mentioned before makes clean up easier, and it tastes great! I might have used a little too much lemon juice for the beans, but I like lemon so I didn't care. Other than using dried herbs instead of fresh ones, I followed it to the letter including cook times. Turned out so good, so moist, and I'm very satisfied with it.

This recipe is super easy. There is minimal prep work and it was done in one pan which makes clean up really fast. My husband devoured his and my 3 and 2 year old both had seconds and thirds of the green beans!
