Really delicious and easy. I did use herb de provence and I served it with a bottle of hot sauce. I had all the ingredients on hand (frozen fish for me and so it was a fun and different combo. Enjoyed!

The flavor is pretty good, and the dish looks absolutely gorgeous when you ltake it out of the over. However, like the previous reviewer, I would also use the herbs de provence instead of rosemary. If the only herbs are the parsley and rosemary, it seems to lack something...

This dish looks gorgeous - the red tomatoes, red peppers, green parsley: a perfect ripe summer skillet. I did enjoy it, but be sure to use fresh fish instead of defrosting frozen fish. I also did not have herb de provence (or the recommended substitution, rosemary, and I think this was a mistake - it seemed to be "missing" something. Next time I will double the amount of red peppers, add more olives, reduce the amount of tomatoes, and be sure to add all the herbs.
