This is such a quick easy side dish with so much flavor. The quick sauté and broil really brings out the sweetness In the tomatoes. I made it for a family get together and everyone raved.

This is a perfect side because it's absolutely delicious and very quick and easy to make. I always have trouble finding vegetable sides but this one has become a staple at our house.

Yum!! I am not normally one to take the time to leave a comment, but this was worth it! I am not normally a big tomato fan, but we had so many grape tomatoes in the garden I didn't want them to go bad. It tasted very similar to bruscetta, I will definitely make this again!
