The best turkey we ever had! Falorable and moist. Very tasty gravy. I'll never make it any other way!

This is a winner. The breast was very moist and full of flavor. It was very easy to prepare. Careful not to oversalt the gravy as it has the brine from the turkey. Mine was a bit salty. Otherwise, it was terrific.

Simple and the Turkey and Gravy were top notch - I got comments like "the best Turkey I've ever tasted". Thanks!

My wife and I have been making turkey for over twenty years for Thanksgiving. We heard Tyler and Jack tell the recipe on Sunday and decided to try it. It was the best, no doubt about it. We will do it again soon.

I thought the brine made the turkey so moist and the gravy was awesome. The shallots really helped the flavor a lot. I made this last year and my family loved it. Making it again this year. Thanks for the recipe.

This recipe is awesome...it is the moistest turkey you will ever have! I've also tried it with a whole chicken, and it's just as good!

Tasted OK, but a little too simple. I guess I should consider the source (How to Boil Water. Would have been better if the brine was a little more complex.

This was my first attempt at a family Thanksgiving, and now I've been made the official cook for next year! Even the picky nine year old girls loved it!
