the taste of the gravy was great with the scent of the herbs really coming through. but by following the directions exactly, it comes out very thin and I had to add more flour and increase cooking time to get the right consistency. Overall Great taste!!

A simple and delicious compliment to turkey and mashed potatoes. Just made this for Thanksgiving and had to boil it for about double the time listed here to get the desired thickness, but it turned out perfectly.

This gravy was ok. I made it for Thanksgiving. Not really as rich as I would have liked. I had to add 2x as much flour to get it to thicken up a bit.
