    i made this for my family and it was great! i was alittle surprised at how long it takes to make them, but its more than worth the wait!!! i will definetly make them again!

    This was a good, simple recipe for making basic twice-cooked baked potatoes. My only recommendation on improving the recipe would be to increase the amount of butter and especially the sour cream used. The recipe "as is" wasn't moist enough.

    Jamieson loves these potatoes - I need to try experimenting with different ingredients. The trick is not to scoop out too much of the flesh so the bowl of the potato stays in tact. Very easy and delicious.

    Made these for Xmas dinner ahead of time and then baked them off after I pulled the roast out of the oven. Couldn't have been easier and flavors were very well balanced.
