    We made these with the Surreal Gourmet's Steak Au Poivre and Green Beans in Browned Butter. We were out of Cheddar, so I used Parmesan and it was just fine. A nice dressy side dish for a change from baked potatoes, plus you can customize with ingredients you like or that are on hand.

    These are a great side for a dinner party since you can pretty much make them ahead of time. They are delicious and definte crowd pleasers. This is a very easy recipe to cutomize as well.
