Such and easy, tasty and versatile recipe. I will definately make this again, but next time I will add some ham or bacon and probably use fresh veggies. But it's a great recipe for a busy family as written, comes together in no time!

I wish I read the reviews first... I LOVE cheese, but the cheese in this recipe could easily be cut in half or less and it would still be good. Now I'm bummed to have wasted all those calories... I'll probably make it again, with MUCH less cheese.

Loved! I wanted to use fresh veggies so I used zucchini, squash, and spinich in place of their frozen veggies. Delicious recipe and easy to make!

I served this at a bridal shower. The good Christian ladies ate like truck drivers! I used cilantro instead of Rosemary. I used fresh broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, spinach and tomato. I think you can take the first three ingredients and add any of your favorites, including meat.

Very good! I always enjoy having vegetarian items and I found this very enjoyable. I use extra Rosemary since I really like it, and sometimes I put it in a pie crust to make it more quiche-like. Either with or without the pie crust is great!

Delicious! The smoked gouda adds great flavor, and the amount called for in the recipe could be easily cut in half. I cooked the onions longer than suggested, and used thyme instead of rosemary - just my preference. To save fat grams, I used egg substitute and non-fat cottage cheese. An easy, affordable meal with lots of protein and fiber!

Loved this recipe! Didn't have any smoked gouda so used cheddar instead but still came out great! Very easy to make!

My family and I liked this very much. I did not use frozen mixed vegetables. It is zucchini season and I have lots of zucchini in my garden so I used it instead. The fresh taste of fresh zucchini was great and the rosemary really added a nice touch. We made a mild fresh salsa and some had that over their frittata which also added a nice fresh taste!

We really liked this. Made it for dinner, but my husband packed up the leftovers for several breakfasts. We made ours in a cast iron skillet, and I forgot to thaw the veggies... nuked them for 2 mins and they turned out fine. Thanks for another fine meal Food Network!

I was thinking about trying this recipe and then saw how many fat grams and Carbs were in the recipe and decided no to. When you see the work vegetable sometimes one thinks "healthy", not in this case.
