  • 3 cups cut up and seeded watermelon
  • 3 scoops lemon sherbet
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
  • Spread out the watermelon chunks on a cookie sheet and freeze it. Place the watermelon, sherbet and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
