I originally saw this on Kegworks DOT com website. They are the ones who sell the beer tap and shank kit. We just happened to do this yesterday (Fathers Day.

Well, personally I'm not a huge fan of gin. I modified it a little bit and used rum. I used an entire small watermelon, pureed and strained, it produced about 32 oz of watermelon juice. Also, I used what I had on hand, and the ingredients were less expensive, too. So my recipe went something like this:
32oz watermelon juice
16 oz white rum (I used Olo silver
4 oz spiced rum (Olo also makes a fantastic and inexpensive spiced rum, but I used something else I had on hand
12 oz sour mix
4 oz peach schnapps
And a dab of sparkling water when you serve it! It's actually something I plan on having regularly this summer, along with some mojitos!

I improvised with some peach schnapps instead of the Alize and it turned out very well. It is very impressive when served in the watermelon with a tap and gets a lot of comments. Also use a seedless watermelon for ease. Loved it and it is now a staple at parties.
