I was in a pinch and needed a quick and lowfat dinner. It was yummy and my 14 year old food critic loved it! I didn't have broccolini or radishes so I substituted regular broccoli and red peppers. I would definitely make this again, and even add more veggies.

It was good but I ended up adding some lowfat sweet vinegar and olive oil dressing to charge up the flavor. I'm not an awesome cook so maybe I just did the recipe wrong... but after I added the dressing it made it taste yummy.

I ended up using apple cider vinegar because I could only find sherry cooking wine, not the vinegar. It turned out way better than I thought! It was nice and light! I would suggest just adding the feta to each person's plate as they can decide if that want a lot or just a little!

I loved the dressing. Overall, the dish tasted very good, but the feta made it too heavy. I might make again, using less feta.

A wonderful, quick and easy dish. I used red wine vinegar instead of sherry in the dressing, and added the segments of the zested orange to the salad, then topped with toasted pecans. Perfect!

I was looking for something quick and light, and this was perfect! I didn't use the radishes though. I added cut up grape tomatoes as well as some chicken and garlic. I also substituted red wine vinegar for the sherry vinegar and it turned out fabulous. The feta cheese really makes this dish delicious, and the orange zest adds a nice flavor, but it's not overpowering to the dish. I may try lemon zest next time, though (just to taste the difference.

My husband and I really enjoyed this. I went ahead and got the radishes, they were nice, but really didn't have any flavor cooked. I added a couple of diced roma tomatoes and some leftover crimini mushrooms into the batch as well which I thought really added a lot - my husband really didn't think he would have liked the dish without the mushrooms. I used brown rice pasta. I also only used about 4oz of feta as my hubby is on the fench with feta but I love it. This was really very nice. You could really use almost any veggie you want. The one BIG change I will make next time for sure is either eliminating or reallly reducing the orange zest as it really did overpower this dish. Oh and I used red wine vinegar because I didn't have sherry vinegar. I guess my overall review is that this is a perfect recipe to use what you've got and mix it up!
