At first I thought the batter was too thin and I was concerned about making 1 big cookie. NO NO NO.. They held form beautifully and are the ever Delicious with or wthout the marshmallow!

These were a big hit at our house. The kids loved the entire cookie. I left a few cookie without marshmallow and they were fantastic. Very chocolatey and soft/chewy. A new favorite!
