I've made these for years, but instead of the cheese which I don't think goes with the bacon, I roll them in brown sugar. For the person who said they were soggy, try cooking the bacon a little first to get rid of some of the grease then roll the bacon around them. I think you will be pleased with the results.

These sounded so delicious, I made them and my family did not care for them. I had to throw them out.

I actually put this together for a Thanksgiving appetizer and everyone inhaled these upon my arrival. The first batch came out kinda burnt, but I'm a total novice at cooking, so it stands to reason, I guess.

I had to cut the bacon slices in half and then they fit perfect around each breadstick. The only other modification I might make next time is to just sprinkle the parmasean cheese on the sticks as opposed to dredging them. There's enough fat and oil in each stick as it is without coating the whole thing in more fat and oil, huh?

So easy to make with just a few ingredients. These were a bit hit at Thanksgiving. Looked great and everyone was anxious to try them.

These were wonderful. Easy to prepare. Our 19 year old son made them for Thanksgiving, and everyone loved them. He even commented that it was a great "bachelor" dish.

These are wonderful and delicious and soooooo easy to make. I ate a few of them plain and a few of them dipped in a ranch dip and they are just scrumptious either way.
