Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 bananas
- 1 tablespoon light rum
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions
Cook butter and sugar in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Meanwhile, slice bananas in half lengthwise. Add to skillet and cook until bananas are tender, about 2 minutes. Carefully add rum and brandy and ignite. Spoon sauce gently over the bananas a few times and then serve immediately over vanilla ice cream.

Absolutley easy, and the kids loved it !!! It was vert elegant. Put the recipe together in minutes. Only added some freshly grated nutmeg.

I'm not a fan of this cuisene, but it made quite the meal! If I had to recommened something about it, i would say that it's best eaten with something cool, like ice cream. I think that the bananas are to overly cooked.
