Crazy delicious way to prepare salmon! The fish came out flavorful and smoky, while the salsa provided a good amount of heat and sweetness. As stated in the recipe, this is definitely restaurant quality.

This is such a scrumptuous recipe! Worth the bit of prep. Wouldn't change a thing!

This was made for a large dinner party. It was a hit!!! I cooked it inside on a flat cast iron griddle it worked out well. Give this one a try. It's not as hard as it looks. Make sure to prep everything prior to cooking.

The combination of flavors present in this dish are fantastic. The recipe received rave reviews from everyone and I can't wait to serve it again. I made a few small changes to the recipe--I do not care for cilantro so used parsley instead. I also did not have a habanero pepper on hand, but I did have habanero sauce.

This is a great dish if you are looking to spice up your usual weeknight rotation.
