These are the best ribs I've ever had in my life, and my family agrees. Too bad there are no recipes here for the rub or BBQ sauce, but a search online for Bob Gibson Rub recipe should turn up something. I followed a recipe for a rub that had more white sugar than brown, and I also used my smoker with 2 oz of apple wood, and finished the ribs with the glaze on the grill. This one's a keeper!

We've been using this recipe ever since it first aired. It's now a family summer tradition. Sometimes I use pineapple juice in place of one of the other juices, just as fabulous.

I made these last year for my annual summer solstice BBQ. I did all but the last hour in the oven while getting all the party stuff ready. Finished them off on the grill (slow charcoal/mesquite chips after the guests arrived. They were so good! I'm doing them again this year. But I need to buy more ribs...They all got gone very quickly!
