Terrific recipe. Would suggest shitakes are expensive and the stems nearly inedible,so use Cremini Mushrooms.Pepperidge Farms is more available across USA than other brands of Puff Pastry. If Goat Cheese not in area, Try Laughing Cow 6 wedge Pre~Wrapped in circle container. At least 5 flavours. These will help to prepare a yum~mo delish, asking for recipe and first item to be Gone!
