    Double the cilantro and the jalapeño in the salsa and add some salt. Also if you use rubber gloves to chop the jalapeños you might as well wear womens underwear while you're at it.

    I couldn't find any Sea Bass at my local market so instead went with a Trout. It was delicious and I will definitely make this again.

    This is a good fruit salsa. Perfect for any grilled fish. Try with tuna as well.
