I really wanted to give this recipe five stars. It got four for two reasons: 1 It needed more than the 25 minute cook time and 2 I think it needs more heat as well as spices. I didn't have dry cilantro so I just chopped up the fresh cilantro I had on hand. I will take the advice of another reviewer and add green chiles and additional spice. I know it's going to taste even better tomorrow!
