This recepie has given a healthy and tasty twist to one of my favorites! The texture is suprisingly smooth and some of my friends prefer it over traditional guacamole.

Great dip that tastes like guacamole. I agree that the onion needs to be reduced to one scallion and one slice of red onion. I will make it regularly.

Now I have an excellent use for brocolli stalks and edamame. I would reduce the amount of onion to 2-3 Tbls.
