Excellent and Easy Salsa recipe. I'm on a low salt diet so I used "no salt added" canned tomatoes and omitted the added salt, and it was still great. The spice of the peppers compensates for the salt. It's better than most store bought salsas and better for you if you omit the salt in the recipe.

So good! I only put 3 serrano chilis, because thats all I had. And I only had a large can of fire roasted diced tomatoes, so I put about 4 tablespoon of tomatoes, draining as much liquid as possible. I also did add the onion at the last pulse, too. This was very good. I think I did need more tomatoes from the can, though. This was really spicy, too. So beware, and I would add the chilis to taste.

This is an excellent salsa. I should have read more into the name of it because I needed a firehouse to put out the fire in my mouth! I'll probably try it again but with more tomatoes and fewer peppers. My son, who loves hot and spicy, ate it up. It made a GREAT guacamole salsa. After trying this recipe, I doubt I will ever buy salsa again. It is so easy.

I've been looking for a salsa recipe that would taste as good as the salsa I'm used to in Texas for years, and this one fits the bill. Like one of the previous reviewers, I also throw in half an onion with this salsa, and I put a little bit of sugar but even without those two it's extremely delicious. I've given this recipe to both my sisters and they make it all the time too! It's the best.

I've tried many different salsas but I have now found THEE ONE. It was very easy to make and really delicious. I received so many compliments on this salsa. Great job Mr. Tim LaFuente!

this salsa is awesome. there is this fresh salsa that is sold at all of the grocery stores (at a premium, and this one is better! my brother sits around and eats chips and salsa for hours on end, and he loves this. whenever i make this, if i don't bring a girl at work and big tub of it, she gets so mad. it is pretty forgiving, you can add more hot peppers and different variety as well. i'll throw some in with my fajitas, roll up sandwiches, it is delicious!!!!!

This is the easiest and best salsa I have ever made. I will try others from time to time but always come back to this one. It's a winner!
