this was good. i used lemon juice after roasting in the oven. i couldn't taste the thyme very well, but still okay

I didn't like asparagus until I tried this recipe. It's fabulous. I put mine in the oven instead of the grill and added lemon (from a previous rating, and it worked out wonderfully!

I found this recipe to be a fresh and new way of serving aparagus! I did alter the recipe a bit by placing the asparagus in a 400 degree oven for 10 mintues as opposed to the grill and it was wonderful! The feta added just the right zip for the dish!

I added about a tablespoon of lemon juice to the marinade. It enhanced the flavor of the thyme & really came out the the grilling. I marinated for only 10 minutes and the asparagus still had great flavor.
