    So delicious when they are fresh from the oven. However, they are not authentic. Real koulourakia does not have a strong vanilla taste and should not be crunchy.

    my friend ate 10 of these immediately after they came out of the oven. These are really easy to make and they aren't too sweet.

    I halved the recipe, but considering how much everyone loved them, I'll make the full amount next time.

    Every time I make these, people ask me for the recipie, the perfect cookie for a cup of coffee, add a little orange juice to the glaze to give it an extra flavor
