- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 key limes, juiced
- Cayenne pepper
- 4 ears corn, husked
- 1 stick butter
Preheat a grill to medium-high.
Grill the corn until it is golden brown, turning often and brushing with butter after each turn. Once the corn is cooked to your liking, brush with the mayonnaise mixture and serve.
