Ingredients
- Margarine or butter, for flat grill
- 14 ounces mahi mahi, cut into 4 pieces
- Garlic and herb seasoning
Directions
Oil the flat grill top with margarine or butter. Place fish down on grill and put a weight on top. Cook until browned on 1 side. Take off weight and flip. Lightly season with garlic and herb seasoning. Continue cooking until just cooked through. Add water under the weight to steam, if desired.

I enjoy mahi mahi any way it is served, but why is this recipe called a breakfast? There is no aspect of breakfast about it.
