I made this for my family yesterday and they loved it! The marinade of fresh herbs make this dish so flavorful and definitely marinate the meat overnight! I would definitely make this again!

My guests raved about this recipe and it was the first to go! I served it with a yogurt cucumber sauce I found here paired with beef kabobs. A great addition.

Wow, this turned out far better that I thought it would. I didn't think such simple ingredients would create so much flavor. My only regret I that I only had 4 hours to marinate it. Over night will max out the flavor.
I also used dried herbs insted of fresh and I added a little sea salt to the marinade. I just freshly powdered them in my spice grinder (one of those little electric coffee grinders that I only used for herbs and spices--never coffee. It turned out WOW wonderful.
