I can't wait to make these! I used to get these every time I went to Auto Zone Park when I lived in Memphis. I've been telling my husband about them and now I will HAVE to order the seasonings and sauce and make this for him.

This recipe is excellent, but only when using the authentic ingredients. Memphis Barbecue Nachos were invented by Memphis' famous Charles' Vergos Rendezvous restaurant; therefore, it is imperative to use thier sauce & "dry rub" when making these nachos.
You can order it by calling
1-888-HOGSFLY (visit their website www.hogsfly.com for prices. Their seasoning and sauce is amazing & will make your nachos unique and wonderful. As a native Memphian, I would never make them using anything else!
