These are awesome! The comments I received from literally every person who ate one was "the best cookie I've ever eaten" and "are you going into business?" The crust / crumble over the top is simply to die for and the whole thing is definitely a winner. This will be a family favorite for years to come.

These cookies are sooo easy to make. I made them for Christmas Day and they were gone in minutes! I had so many requests for more. I have to make them for every get together now.

Very simple to make and great tasting. I took them to work and there wasn't even a crumb left on the plate.

These cookies are soooo good. Easy to prepare with lots of taste return. It doesnt sound like it makes alot, but they are so rich all you need is a small bite. So cut them smaller than a regular bar cookie. Everyone loved getting thier cheesecake "fix" in just a bite or two. This is a keeper. Thanks.

These are so easy and delicious, they became an instant classic at our family's Christmas party. Don't let the disclaimer about this recipe not having been tested in the Food Network kitchens scare you away -- this is as good as it gets.

This was a great cookie, different from all the usuals I find during the holidays. They were easier to make than I thought they would be. The filling was creamy and the crust was soft. A little greasy, but good.

This is an excellent recipe. It is easy, quick and inexpensive to make. This is a great recipe for holidays, parties, or just to treat the family. My grandchildren loved them. The grandchildren say these cookies are awesome.
