    I made a lot of changes to this recipe to suit my family's tastes, but they turned out amazingly. I added bacon, and left the onions out of the burgers and instead put caramelized onions on top with the cheese and bacon. They were so good, everyone loved them, especially the kids!

    loved them! I added bacon to mine and some shredded cheese blend (Italian cheeses. My kids loved them and it made 15 mini burgers.

    I THOUGHT THEY SOUNDED DELICIOUS BUT WERE ACTUALLY BLAND AND BORING. I LOVE PAULAS SHOW BUT HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH SEVERAL RECIPES.

    These little pocket burgers are super easy to make and you can really make them anyway you like them. An alternative we tried was cutting filet mignon into small bites and cooking them as we would a steak, but on the stove. Throw in your favorite cheese slice and they are fantastic!
