I have never made bread pudding before. I added a few things to this one and it came out great. I used all fresh 2% milk, subed canned peaches for the pinapple, used brown sugar instead of white, and added 1 tsp cinnamin and 1/2 tsp fresh nutmeg. Makes a huge pudding. Very good comfort food.

The recipe for this bread pudding is a simple, basic recipe. It offers a quality texture and wonderful taste. It asks for apples, however, I didn't care for the underlying taste of the apple.

... I will omit the pineapple next time. I found it distracting -- I just want bread pudding. Other than that, it was delicious!
